I was hosting a presentation call last week -- something I volunteer to do and enjoy doing -- and someone asked me, "What are my odds of succeeding in Liberty League"?
I understood her question. She was looking for a number that would tell her how many people "succeed" versus how many "fail".
On the surface, the question sounds good. It looks good on paper. But the way most people ask this question indicates a HUGE lack of understanding about success. Here's what I mean:… Continue

Well...at least it certainly appears that way for a lot of people.
Of course, I know it isn't hard. But..I'm surprised at how difficult people make it on themselves when it comes to making money...period.
I've done this for almost 12 years, and while it wasn't always easy for me...there WAS a time when I wasn't doing so well.
Making money is EASY. I realized it a long time ago. Yet, so many many people have such a hard time figuring out a way to have money come to them… Continue

Yesterday I told you about buying a new Rolex watch for $8,000. I asked
you to think of how it made you feel. Now I want to tell you why I
asked you to do that.
The weekend after I bought my Rolex watch,
I was out to dinner with some friends. One of them made some comment
about letting me pay for dinner since I'd "Just spent over $8,000 on a
wristwatch". Needless to say, it became the topic of conversation. So,
as a test, I thought I'd just ask them what they thought about me
spending $… Continue

When Jessica and I first got married, I couldn't afford an engagement
ring. Jessica's mom gave me her engagement ring to give her. (Isn't
that amazing? She's so cool.)
Anyway, I bought Jessica a new
diamond ring last year...the one I would've liked to have gotten her
years ago. And she loves it.
The only thing is that her wedding
band is yellow gold and the diamond "engagement ring" she selected is
white gold. So she hasn't been wearing a band.
Last week, I
called my j… Continue

I was in a chat room today and someone was asking about insurance. They said, "What is 'accidental life'."
It
occurs to me that's a term that doesn't just apply to some types of
insurance...it's a description of how most people spend their time here
on the planet Earth.
If you want to be wealthy, you'll have to live your life on purpose. Being the cause for things in your life....not just being someone who deals with the effects.…

I have just up loaded a very recent interview with John Mayer. A popular singer / song writer who explains to a group at Berklee University that as a performer you are the air traffic controller that effects the experience of the audience. It's lengthy but when you listen to it, it will inspire creativity and imagination. Enjoy! Have a Great One!

ABILITY IS GREATER THAN MONEY BECAUSE IT CAN BE NEITHER LOST NOR STOLEN. If you study the lives of very successful people, you will find that they rarely climb to the top of their business or profession and stay there. They often climb to the top and fall to the bottom several times during their careers, but they know that the one thing that got them where they are - their ability - is always there to help them reach the top again. Your ability is the one things that you own exclusive… Continue

YOUR JOB WILL DO NO MORE FOR YOU THAN YOU DO FOR IT. Any job contains opportunities for personal growth if you approach it as a positive learning experience. Just as every business is required to adapt to new technologies, new competitors, and countless other changes that routinely occur, so is every individual. If you are not learning and advancing in your job, you are stagnating and falling behind. It is impossible to stand still. View each day as an opportunity to learn something n… Continue

Hello, my name is ________. The fact that you've made this call tells me that you are at least considering the idea of changing your present situation, whether it be getting out of your present job, or just adding some extra income. Now if you've been looking at some other opportunities out there, you've probably noticed that there are a lot of multi-level marketing companies, pyramids, as well as many other scams where people are just trying to take your money. Well, I would like to… Continue
